Airport पर वह rental car लेता है लेकिन गलती से उसे wrong car मिल जाती है। Car के अंदर उसे एक phone, एक gun और — car की trunk में बंधी हुई एक female prosecutor मिलती है। यह prosecutor एक बड़े corruption scandal की गवाह है जिसे corrupt local police kill करना चाहती है।
अब Michael के सामने एक ही रास्ता है — police से बचते हुए इस महिला की जान बचाना और corruption को expose करना। पूरी film में वह एक अजनबी शहर में, अजनबी traffic rules के साथ, corrupt police से भागता रहता है।
Vehicle 19 की सबसे बड़ी खासियत
इस film का सबसे unique element यह है कि पूरी film एक ही car के अंदर से shoot की गई है। Director Mukunda Michael Dewil ने camera को car के अंदर ही mount किया और बाहर की दुनिया windows से दिखाई। यह concept claustrophobic और tense atmosphere create करता है — जैसे आप खुद उस car में बैठे हों।
इसे एक low-budget independent film की category में रखा गया लेकिन इसकी filmmaking technique बेहद innovative थी। Paul Walker की यह film essentially एक one-man show थी।
